
Staff Correspondent : Aristopharma Limited, one of the leading pharmaceutical manufacturers in Bangladesh, has appointed Dr. A. M. A. Sufian as Head of Sales of its Animal Health Divisions, effective January 01, 2026.
Dr. Sufian brings with him more than 18 years of extensive experience in livestock pharmaceuticals, sales leadership and agribusiness management. A highly respected professional in the animal health industry, he has a proven track record of leading nationwide sales operations, driving market expansion and building high-performing commercial teams.
Prior to joining Aristopharma, Dr. Sufian served in key leadership roles at several renowned organizations, including General Agro-care Ltd., Pharma & Firm, The ACME Laboratories Ltd., and Renata Agro-Industries Ltd. Throughout his career, he played a pivotal role in strategic sales planning, product promotion, distribution network development and technical capacity building for field teams and livestock farmers.
Academically, Dr. Sufian holds a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM), a Master’s degree in Pharmacology, and an MBA in Agribusiness from Bangladesh Agricultural University (BAU)—a combination that uniquely positions him to bridge technical expertise with commercial excellence.
In his new role, Dr. Sufian will be responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening market presence, and accelerating business development of Aristopharma’s animal health portfolio across Bangladesh. His leadership is expected to further reinforce the company’s commitment to innovation, quality, and sustainable growth in the livestock and poultry sectors.
Industry insiders view this appointment as a strategic move by Aristopharma to strengthen its animal health business amid growing demand for quality veterinary pharmaceuticals and solutions in Bangladesh.
