MR. KEVIN : We are entering the 4th edition of the collaboration between the Philippine Poultry Show and ILDEX Philippines. The event continues to grow stronger each year, establishing itself as the leading platform not only for the poultry sector but also for professionals across the entire livestock industry to connect, engage, and explore new business opportunities.
AGRINEWS24.COM : What are the major industry trends and innovations that visitors and exhibitors can expect to see at this year’s exhibition, particularly in the livestock, poultry, dairy, aquaculture, and meat processing sectors?
MR. KEVIN : With ongoing challenges such as rising feed costs, animal disease outbreaks, climate change, and increasing consumer demand, the Philippine Poultry Show and ILDEX provide timely solutions by connecting the industry with new technologies, practical knowledge, and valuable business opportunities.
AGRINEWS24.COM : Many international companies use ILDEX as a platform to launch new technologies and products. What emerging technologies or business solutions do you believe will have the greatest impact on the future of animal agriculture in Asia?
MR. KEVIN : We have seen industry professionals placing greater emphasis on biosecurity, water quality, farm hygiene solutions, AI applications in livestock production, and other emerging technologies. As the leading trade exhibition for the livestock industry, we aim to address these evolving trends by providing a platform where industry professionals can exchange the latest ideas, showcase innovations, and collaborate to better meet the changing needs of the market.
AGRINEWS24.COM : Beyond product exhibitions, how does ILDEX facilitate business networking, knowledge sharing, and long-term partnerships among industry stakeholders from different countries?
MR. KEVIN : Apart from the exhibition itself, we will continue our yearly “Fellowship Golf Tournament” 1 day before the show, offering an exclusive opportunity for senior executives from leading companies to connect and build valuable business relationships. During the exhibition, we will also host dedicated business matching meetings between exhibitors and leading local farms and agribusiness companies.
As the leading event serving the Philippines’ livestock industry, our objective is not only to organize a world-class exhibition but also to create meaningful opportunities for industry professionals to network, collaborate, and explore new business opportunities.
AGRINEWS24.COM : Sustainability, biosecurity, and food safety have become global priorities. How is ILDEX addressing these important issues through its exhibition programs, conferences, and technical sessions?
MR. KEVIN : The Philippine Poultry Show and ILDEX are more than trade exhibitions—they are catalysts for innovation, collaboration, investment, and sustainable growth. They help ensure that the Philippine livestock and poultry industries remain resilient, competitive, and capable of supporting the country’s food security and economic development.
AGRINEWS24.COM : How do you see the future of the livestock and agribusiness industries in Asia over the next five to ten years, and what role will ILDEX play in supporting this growth?
