Agrinews24: Mr. Biplab Kumar Sen has joined the Agrigate Network Limited team as new Chief Operating Officer. With over three decades of experience in the veterinary, crop care, and pharmaceutical sectors, Mr. Sen brings a wealth of expertise to his role.
Throughout his impressive 30-year tenure at Square Pharmaceuticals PLC, Mr. Sen demonstrated exemplary leadership and a commitment to driving growth. As Head of Marketing for the Agrovet & Crop Care Division, he provided invaluable training and mentorship to product executives, sales representatives, and farmers. His analytical approach to understanding market dynamics and ability to devise targeted marketing strategies significantly increased brand awareness and sales.
Mr. Sen is devoted to building robust customer relationships, understanding customer needs, and ensuring their long-term satisfaction. This aligns perfectly with Agrigate’s mission to serve as trusted partners for farmers, retailers, and agro-processing companies across Bangladesh.
