Keynote speaker: Professor Mingan Choct, PhD, is an animal nutritionist, who has experience in science, academia, and industry related to monogastric animals. Mingan is well-known for his academic work in carbohydrate chemistry and nutrition, feed enzymes, necrotic enteritis, and net energy in poultry. As an industry leader, he led the Australian Poultry Cooperative Research Centre as CEO for 14 years, supporting over 200 projects, 77 PhD students, and 25 post-doctoral scientists, and producing 57 global patents.
