Why is it that when people bring up the topic of bullying it is most often assumed that it is children bullying children? Many often I have witnessed as a parent and volunteer in the schools how children are often the victims of bullying by their elders. Unfortunately, some adults do not know the difference between commanding respect from students as teachers/administrators but resort to what are blatant bullying tactics.
