Organized as part of a public-private partnership involving Dutch and Bangladeshi stakeholders, the training aimed to improve the skills of hatchery professionals in Bangladesh. Over the three days, participants engaged in a series of technical sessions, practical workshops, and discussions led by experts from Royal Pas Reform Academy. The training was tailored for hatchery managers and technical personnel from various companies, regardless of the brand or model of incubation equipment they use.=
The participants were also encouraged to prepare beforehand by identifying key challenges in their hatcheries and actively contributing during the sessions. Through this hands-on and interactive approach, the training succeeded in enhancing the capacity of professionals in evaluating hatchery performance and making data-driven improvements.
